That means zero pesticides (ahem, poison). And the real kicker is that, compared to traditional farms, they produce 100 times more food per square foot in half the time, and use 95% less water year-round. Yeah, we had to re-read that too.&nbsp;Oh, and&nbsp;it\u2019s super affordable.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Indoor farming can be done anywhere \u2013 even urban environments.
