At 12, most of us were scrounging for change in the couch to buy candy at the corner store. Julietta Solano\u2019s 12 and is the CEO of her own business, Clovercity Soapworks<\/a>.<\/p>\n

When she was 10 she collected a bunch of those gift soaps that you get from hotels. Then she melted them down to make her own. At first, they looked a little strange and didn\u2019t set well. But after plenty of chemistry experiments, she uncovered the perfect formula.<\/p>\n

Today, Julietta makes soap five days a week to keep up with orders. When she\u2019s back in school she\u2019ll work on the weekends – which includes making the soap, selling it at the local farmer\u2019s market and going door to door creating wholesale orders with local shops.<\/p>\n

On top of an already insane schedule, she\u2019s taking AP science classes because she hopes to study biology at Stanford.<\/p>\n
