Kim Jordan, the founder of New Belgium Brewing<\/a>, shifted the company over to an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), where the workers start accruing stock after a year of employment. Essentially, the $225 million business is mostly employee-owned.<\/p>\n
