These Buddhists cycled more than 2,400 miles from Nepal to Northern India. To put it in perspective \u2013 that\u2019s like biking the California coast three times!<\/p>\n
“People think that because we are nuns, we are supposed to stay in the temples and pray all the time. But praying is not enough.”<\/p>\n
Their goal is to bring more attention to the huge human trafficking problem in South Asia. They set up meetings with big government peeps along their trail. And, while they were at it, brought food and medical care to the poor.<\/p>\n
